www.lalabooths.com is an e-commerce website providing photo booth rental services for events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, parties, and other special occasions. We also offer branded merchandise including apparel and related items.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required at the time of signing the service contract.
• Requests to change the event date, time, or location must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the original event date.
• Changes are subject to availability and may require a new Service Contract. If changes cannot be accommodated, the deposit will be forfeited.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (“Linked Sites”). LaLaBooth has no control over these sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.

Certain services on the Site may be provided by third-party partners. By using such services, you consent to LaLaBooth sharing necessary information to fulfill your request.

No Unlawful Use & Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Site for personal, lawful purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Sell, transfer, or exploit content for commercial purposes
